REALTOR® Code of Ethics Training

Every MCAR Member is required to complete 2.5 hours of REALTOR® Code of Ethics Training to maintain membership. Cycle 5 began on January 1, 2017 and will end on December 31, 2018. Please note that New MCAR Members are required to complete this training for the first time along with the online REALTORS® New Member Orientation within fourteen (14) days of their MCAR join date.

The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS® and be approved by MCAR. Training may be completed several different ways, such as classroom courses or online courses.
