Support the PAC that protects the real estate industry and homeownership. Since 1969, RPAC has promoted the election of pro-REALTOR® candidates across the United States. The purpose of RPAC is clear: REALTORS® raise and spend money to elect candidates who understand and support their interests. The money to accomplish this comes from voluntary contributions made by REALTORS®. These are not members’ dues; this is money given freely by REALTORS® in recognition of how important campaign fundraising is to the political process. RPAC doesn’t buy votes. RPAC enables REALTORS® to support candidates that support the issues that are important to their profession and livelihood.
Contributions to RPAC are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions are voluntary and are used for political purposes. The amounts indicated are merely guidelines and you may contribute more or less than the suggested amounts provided your contribution is within applicable contribution limits. The National Association of REALTORS® and its state and local associations will not favor or disadvantage any member because of the amount contributed or a decision not to contribute. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any request for the refund of a contribution must be made within two (2) business days of the date on which you authorize RPAC to charge you for said contribution. Your contribution is split between National RPAC and the State PAC in your state. Contact your State Association or PAC for information about the percentages of your contribution provided to National RPAC and to the State PAC. The National RPAC portion is used to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 52 U.S.C. 30116.

South River, NJ— Since last year, the Metro Centre Association of Realtors’ (MCAR) nearly 3,000-member community received some of New Jersey’s most helpful membership benefits. After years in our nostalgic Realtor® home base, we’ve moved locations to a new, state-of-the-art building to give our dedicated community the tools to succeed.
While stationed in the new building, our association has continued to offer education for our members and affiliates. Members of the Metro Centre Association of Realtors have been able to take advantage of various certifications, training in ethical standards, and even the ability to earn NJREC CE credits online for a discounted rate. Our association has shown complete commitment to providing information and ensuring that our community members are the most knowledgeable in the business.
Additionally, MCAR works hard to save our members’ money. Our discounts and promotion codes have left more money in our members’ pockets when buying items online and when purchasing tenant screening reports. What’s more, members of our community were able to connect with local business owners and Middlesex County’s consumers through a Preferred Member Card. Printed just like a credit card and offered at no cost to members, the Preferred Member card gives access to special deals from a variety of local businesses in Middlesex County.
All of the above items are membership benefits that increase community awareness. Gaining access to a wide variety of Realtors®, consumers, and business owners is as easy as continuing membership with MCAR. Our organization offers opportunities for strengthening community relations, networking events, and annual awards to celebrate the best and brightest in our awesome community.
“We have worked hard to rebrand and refresh the association of Realtors by modernizing our location and member benefits. As our organization continues to prepare our community, MCAR needs just a little more help from our members,” said MCAR President, Lorraine Colavito. “In the next two years membership rates will increase in order to better serve our associates.”
In 2019, the MCAR membership fee will increase by $15 and by 2020 the annual rate will increase by the same amount again. MCAR administrators hope that all members see that the benefits offered are worth this slight price increase. With the help of the MCAR community the association will continue to offer new and better benefits for the community.
“Thank you all for the continued support,” finished Colavito.
