New Members: Your membership status is Provisional until you complete the two (2) easy membership requirements you are obligated to complete within 45 days of becoming a member – REALTOR® Ethics Training for Cycle 5 and the REALTOR® New Member Orientation Course. Upon completion of both of the requirements, your Provisional status will be updated to Active status.
Existing Members: The REALTOR® Ethics Training is required within given two year cycles to maintain membership.

Ethics Training for Cycle 5 – Available In-Person (on October 31, 2018) or Online
The REALTOR® Ethics Training is required within 45 days upon joining and every two years thereafter to maintain membership. The current REALTOR® Ethics cycle is Cycle 5 for the years of January 1, 2017- December 31, 2018. There are numerous ways to complete this training. You may select the option that is most convenient for you. If you prefer to take this course online, please click here for a list of options. New Member Orientation Course – Available Online Only
The REALTOR® New Member Orientation Course is available online through the Real Estate Learning Library, and takes approximately 2 hours to complete.
