New Members: The REALTOR® Ethics Training is a requirement upon joining and every three years from National Association of REALTORS® that local boards enforce on their behalf. This is separate and different from the CE ethics requirement for the Real Estate Commission to renew your license. Cycle 6 REALTOR® Ethics Training runs from January 1, 2019 - December 31, 2021. There are multiple different options one can take to meet this requirement; most are between 2.5-3 hours long. Please click here to view MCAR's Ways to Complete REALTOR Ethics Training - a list of approved ethics training courses for MCAR members. You only need to take ONE course on the list.
Existing Members: The REALTOR® Ethics Training is required within given three year cycles to maintain membership (i.e. 2019-2021 for Cycle 6).
