NewMembers: Your membership status isProvisional until you complete the two (2) easy membership requirements you areobligated to complete within 45 days of becoming a member – REALTOR® EthicsTraining for Cycle 5 and the REALTOR® New Member Orientation Course. Uponcompletion of both of the requirements, your Provisional status will be updatedto Active status.
ExistingMembers: The REALTOR® Ethics Training isrequired within given two year cycles to maintain membership.
Instructionson how to complete both requirements are as follows:
Ethics Training for Cycle 6 – Available In-Person or Online
The REALTOR® Ethics Training is required within 45 days upon joining and everytwo years thereafter to maintain membership. The current REALTOR® Ethics cycle is Cycle 6 from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020. Cycle 5 was from January 1, 2017- December 31, 2018. There arenumerous ways to complete this training. New Member Orientation Course – Available Online Only
The REALTOR® New Member Orientation Course is available online through the RealEstate Learning Library, and takes approximately 2 hours to complete.
