Membership Requirements
When real estate licensees join the Metro Centre Association of REALTORS®, their membership is provisional until they complete two requirements - 2023 NAR New Member Orientation (aka REALTOR® New Member Orientation) and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics Training.  They are obligated to complete these two requirements within 45 days of becoming a member.  When they complete the REALTOR® Ethics Training for Cycle 7 and the NAR 2023 Orientation Course, they should submit the certificates of completion to Peggy@MetroCentreRealtors.com or fax to (732) 442-7323. Please feel free to contact Peggy Whiteside, Education and Events Coordinator, at (732) 442-3400 extension 2 with any questions.

REALTOR Ethics Training for Cycle 7 – Free or Paid Options, Available Online Only During the Pandemic
The REALTOR® Code of Ethics Training is a requirement upon joining and every three years from National Association of REALTORS® that local boards enforce on their behalf.  This is separate and different from the CE ethics requirement for the Real Estate Commission to renew your license.  There are multiple options one can take to meet this requirement; most are less than 3 hours long.  Please click here to view MCAR's Ways to Complete the REALTOR Ethics Training - a list of approved ethics training courses for MCAR members.  You only need to take ONE course on the list.
